The furniture is generally not part of the sale (unless there’s something you really want!).
The house does not have A/C fitted, however it is pre-prepared, will all the wiring and pipwwork, you would just need to fit the machines. Having said that, the house is old, it has thick stone walls, it’s cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, we’ve never felt the need for A/C.
The Residents parking permit costs 12 a year, is limited to Rua Batalhoz and applies to one car registered to the house address.
The house has photovoltaic solar panels fitted, which are included in the sale, they save around 30% on the electricity bill.
Hot water is via a 300L electric immersion tank.
Kitchen appliances: Two identical integrated AEG ovens, large AEG induction hob, AEG integrated dishwasher, LG fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, Candy integrated mini wine fridge.
