The building underwent general, major works, updating and renovating the facade (Cappotto), elevators (3), and vertical plumbing, between 2003/2005.

The flooring (after removing the original carpet, was laid in two phases: the bedrooms facing North, in September 2019 and in the rest of the house (bedroom facing South, living room, entrance hall and another bedroom), in August 2020 .

The common areas are fabulous and the condominium has functioned quite well.

There is no garage... but there is no shortage of (covered) parking spaces to rent or buy, even when crossing the street or around the corner (the majority of those who live in the building adopt this solution). There is also the possibility of paying €25 per year to the City Council and having the right to park in spaces reserved for parking meters.

In terms of investment, and taking into account the location, it couldn’t be better. This is an area of the city that will never depreciate. On the contrary. Metrobus at the doorstep!

The condominium is made up of 23 condominium owners, the oldest of whom already had and raised their children there, and are now welcoming their grandchildren (given the excellent security conditions, space and children’s equipment in the lounge and outdoor space protected from the street, with swings, basketball hoop and lots of space for cycling. The common spaces are very good for children’s parties and the condominium works quite well.
