Os 4ha que a herdade dispõe estão distribuídos, por uma cultura rica de oliveiras centenárias que se traduz em produção de azeite, laranjeiras muito doces, romãzeiras, figueiras, amoreiras e uma horta. Também um campo, onde existe um acordo com um pastor que leva as ovelhas a pastar e mantem o terreno limpo.

A água da rega é do Alqueva, sendo que nunca falta da mesma.
