The sum of the maximum implantation area, at ground floor level, is 19,800.0 m2 for townhouses, or 20,800.0 m2 (maximum 50% occupation of private lots);

The sum of the maximum gross construction area (ABC, or Pavement Surface) above the ground is therefore equal to 36 000 m2, in the case of townhouses, or 38 000 m2 if you include all private lots, in the form of 2 floors above ground, not including the basement, used for storage or parking;

The sum of the maximum gross construction area (ABC, or Pavement Surface) above ground, estimated for public equipment is 2,700.0 m2.

Close to the plot, north of the A2, are the Coina Railway Station and the Barreiro Retail Park.

Lisbon is about 30 minutes away, as are the beaches of Sesimbra.
