LOCATION
The town of Borba is famous for its magnificent wines. This small town, which shines with a peculiar pink light, is very quiet and is surrounded by marble quarries.

The Alentejo wine route includes several wineries that are located in this area. Among them is the Adega Cooperativa de Borba. This winery, besides being one of the largest in the country, can boast of producing Borba’s famous full-bodied red wine, as well as white, mature, and rosé wines.

THE ENTERPRISE
From the recovery of a convent built by the Order of São Paulo, this tourist project was born. Its hermitage was extensively restored in the 18th century and the tiles in the chancel are from this period. In 1834, the Convent became private property, but kept its most illustrious aspects.

The Hotel, inserted in a farm with a total area of 14 hectares, will admit, 186 rooms and will accept a maximum of 470 investors. Each one of them will acquire, at least, 1/470 part of the Hotel.

THE SECURITY AND COMFORT OF A GOOD INVESTMENT
When you acquire a unit, you gain the right to enjoy 7 days of annual complimentary stay. The maintenance of the apartments is free during the first 6 years.

After 6 years, the hotel management company repurchases the acquired unit, with 100% Capital Protection.

The investor is guaranteed a return on his investment from the first day of the hotel’s operation - 40 days after signing the Promissory Contract of Purchase and Sale, he will receive an advance return corresponding to 5%.
