- The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts at the entrance and exit are removed to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding one is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the value included, will have this surplus to be regularized by guests to Nuris2u.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

Very comfortable mattress (main bed), viscoelastic topper (sofa-bed), and pillows (memory gel). The rental also includes air conditioning, free wireless internet, TV channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English, Netflix (movies, series, cartoons, documentaries, stand-up, etc.), and parking spot in underground garage for one vehicle with a maximum length of 4.70m.
