The counts at the entrance and exit are removed to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding one is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the value included, will have this surplus to be regularized by guests to Nuris2u.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

As windows open to the outside we come across a big garden and two swimming pools, one of them being a child’s pool. As the apartment is on the ground floor there’s the advantage of having direct access through a small gate in the terrace, while enjoying the sunshine on the sun loungers you can keep an eye on the children and make sure they are safe. The outdoor furniture (table and chairs) are made of wood and there also a portable charcoal barbecue.

On the balcony, the wicker table with glass top invites our guests to sit and enjoy the views of the garden and swimming pool.

The House has two bedrooms, one with double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe, the second room consists of two single beds, a nightstand, a dresser and a built-in wardrobe.
As for the food: there’s a table with four chairs and is organized with all equipment and utensils so you can prepare your meals with convenience, since microwave, hob, fridge, washing machine, Toaster, blender and basic utensils such as cups, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen cloths, and suchlike.

The Port offers a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
