A spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with the beach and Vilamoura marina at just 1 km away (15-minute walk). Great for families with children as it overlooks the garden and the 2 swimming pools, one of them for children.

This apartment has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, configured as follow:

As windows open to the outside we come across a big garden and two swimming pools, one of them being a child’s pool. As the apartment is on the ground floor there’s the advantage of having direct access through a small gate in the terrace, while enjoying the sunshine on the sun loungers you can keep an eye on the children and make sure they are safe. The outdoor furniture (table and chairs) are made of wood and there also a portable charcoal barbecue.

There’s plenty of parking spots in front of the apartment block.

The room, filled with natural light is the most frequented room in the House and no wonder because it enjoys a breathtaking view; consists of two armchairs, a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a table with four chairs, a mobile with a Tv with channels, to the back of the room is the balcony, which gives you the feeling you’re literally on top of the sea, here is the ideal place to SIP your wine or simply soaking up the Sun.

The House has two bedrooms, one with double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe, the second room consists of two single beds, a nightstand, a dresser and a built-in wardrobe.
