Na cozinha/sala existe um sofá onde é possível dormir a sétima pessoa. Tv com mais de 100 canais. Wifi gratuito. Na cozinha existe uma mesa com capacidade para 4 pessoas que pode ser extensível até 8. Está equipada com frigorífico com congelador, máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, placa e forno, exaustor, grelhador eléctrico, máquina de café da Delta Q, torradeira, tachos, pratos, talheres e todos os demais utensílios necessários à sua confortável estadia.
