This recently refurbished villa offers great privacy to those who visit it. Inside it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday and a well-kept outside, barbecue and leisure areas take advantage of the majestic views over the Atlantic Ocean.

On the 1st floor, lies the master bedroom, quite large and well appointed. It has air-conditioning, spacious closets and private terraces with panoramic views. It has a private bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks, towel warmers and other essential utensils.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms:
2 with twin beds, one of which is decorated in cream and pink, with a very comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a sliding door providing direct access to the pool and garden; the other bedroom with soft colours, also has air conditioning and a sliding door to the same outside area. Both share one bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom of this floor has a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, heated towel rail and all the essentials. This bedroom has air conditioning, a décor in brown and green tones with a window towards the front of the house.
There is an additional WC next to the staircase on the ground floor.

The kitchen and dining room, in brown and ivory, are connected with a beautiful kitchen island, with lots of storage space and a breakfast surface with 4 stools. The kitchen is very large and modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay.

The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people. It has direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer.

The living room is just next to the dining area, in the same open plan space, quite warm and welcoming due to the fireplace, the sofas and armchairs with a capacity to seat 8 people, flat screen TV (with satellite channels) , DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. It has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the BBQ, the garden, the pool and magnificent views of the Algarvian islands.

The whole house is fenced by walls and hedges. On the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room there’s a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with 8 chair, protected from the sun by a shade sail to allow outdoor meals even during the day, always picturing a splendid view come night or day.
Down by the lawn and at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool, 1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, surrounded by bushes and also sharing the view with the rest of the house.
The area where the house is inserted in very quiet and parking outside is not a problem.

This villa has a simple and comfortable decoration, fully equipped to enjoy the best holidays with all comfort. The first floor is fully equipped with air conditioning but the ground floor has no air conditioning, however this floor is quite cool even on hot summer days. The house has a practical kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other essential accessories to make your holiday more comfortable. In the living room area there is a dining table, with chairs, 1 sofas with 3 seats, 1 sofas with 2 seats, TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. In the garage there is a football table with direct access to the barbecue area and ping pong.

The outdoor area has two distinct areas; the first has the pool area, with a pool of approximately 6 meters long by 3 meters wide with depth ranging from 90 cm to 2 meters, this area also has synthetic grass surrounded by trees and plants which pleasantly contributes to the holiday atmosphere. In the second outside area you have dining space, prepared for 8 people and backed up by a great charcoal BBQ which will allow for great family moments. There is also a ping-pong table so you can have fun with family and friends.
