Spacious 4-bedroom villa near the famous Pinhal golf course and at just 20 minutes’ walk away from the marina and the beaches. As throughout the whole villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms have a modern and refined style: out of a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, and 1 en-suite bedroom is on the first floor.

Matching the blue colour of the sky, a desirable swimming pool provides a refreshing touch in harmony with the garden. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, having a 70cm depth close to the stairs and 2meters depth in the deepest end.
Close to the swimming pool, there are 8 comfortable sun loungers to make possible a peaceful afternoon accompanied by a refreshing beverage.

The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people. It has direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer.

The living room is just next to the dining area, in the same open plan space, quite warm and welcoming due to the fireplace, the sofas and armchairs with a capacity to seat 8 people, flat screen TV (with satellite channels) , DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. It has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the BBQ, the garden, the pool and magnificent views of the Algarvian islands.

The whole house is fenced by walls and hedges. On the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room there’s a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with 8 chair, protected from the sun by a shade sail to allow outdoor meals even during the day, always picturing a splendid view come night or day.
Down by the lawn and at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool, 1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, surrounded by bushes and also sharing the view with the rest of the house.

In the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, watch the flat screen TV with English spoken channels or browse the internet via WI-FI.
Downstairs, at the back garden, with access from the outside, there is a garage that has been converted to host a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

Ninho de Garça is a new modern property & project completed in April 2016 with a beautiful garden and stunning views onto the Salinas / Ria and the sea from the roof terrace.

The accommodation includes open plan living and dining area with open kitchen (Bosch appliances & US fridge / freezer). Large sliding doors leads to the pool terrace and garden.

Located in a central area, near Boliqueime, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is excellent to get away from the buzz of the tourist areas while still just a few minutes away from the beaches and all the attractions. It has a great garden all around the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized pool that catches the Sun all day long.

There are 2 bedrooms in the ground floor; one is an en-suite with a double bed and with a bathtub in the bathroom. The second bedroom on the ground floor has 2 twin beds that can be joined together or separated. This bedroom uses a bathroom in the corridor just next to it.
On the first floor, there are another 2 bedrooms, both with access to a big balcony with pool view. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms use one large bathroom in the corridor of the 1st floor.
With the use of 2 sofa beds the maximum sleeping capacity for this villa is 12. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is very spacious and complete with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. There’s even a pantry area with an extra fridge. From the kitchen, there’s also a door leading to the shaded BBQ area with the outdoor dining table.
The living room is ample and has 3 separate zones, the bar, the sitting and dining zone. The sitting area has a fireplace, a TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc) and Wi-Fi coverage for all over the villa.
