Newly built 3-bedroom villa located in Areeiro, 5 to 10 minutes away from both Loulé and Almancil. Very comfortable family home with a private swimming pool and private garden, great outdoor and barbecue area.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 twin beds than can be joined together if required. It has a private bathroom with a large shower. Modern decor in very soft silver.
The upper floor consists of 2 double rooms also with private bathrooms. One room is gray in colour and the bathroom has a shower. This bedroom has access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and views over to the garden and pool. This terrace has another level, equivalent to 2nd floor with great panoramic views of the surroundings. The other bedroom is turquoise blue, has a bathroom with a bath and access to a terrace and window overlooking the driveway.
All rooms have air conditioning, large wardrobes and laminate flooring. An additional WC provides supports to the lounge and kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
