Land Used, in Porto Moniz

Rustic land with 635 m2, located on the north coast of Madeira Island.

According to Article 14 of the PIER_CR Regulation:

1.As Dispersed Building Areas correspond to traditional agricultural plots intended predominantly for agricultural activity and for the enjoyment and leisure of the population.

In these areas, the construction of haystacks to support agricultural activity is permitted, under the terms of Chapter V of this regulation and other applicable specific legislation.
