Il s’agit d’une propriété étonnante avec un passé historique situé dans le village de Lousa qui est situé à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de la ville de Castelo Branco. Il y a beaucoup de bâtiments historiques dans ce village et cette propriété ne fait pas exception. Il y a en fait 2 articles dans ce bâtiment, dont l’un a été construit en 1937 et l’autre ajouté en 1959. La partie inférieure du bâtiment était utilisée comme boulangerie pour le village. On y fabriquait tout le pain du village. Il y a aussi un puits profond situé dans l’un des bâtiments, au rez-de-chaussée, qui a 12 mètres de profondeur et qui est relié à une source fraîche de montagne sous-marine. Le puits fournissait de l’eau à tous les habitants du village avant que l’eau ne soit raccordée. À l’étage inférieur, on trouve le four à pain profond avec une façade en briques rouges, une pièce où la pâte était fabriquée avec les machines prévues à cet effet, ainsi qu’une pièce où est stockée la trémie, certainement une antiquité, où le maïs était incorporé au sol. L’eau était prélevée du puits et servait à la fabrication de la pâte. Il y a d’autres pièces qui donnent sur celles-ci et qui abritent actuellement des objets de stockage, mais elles pourraient être modifiées une fois que la demande de rénovation sera faite.
La maison a un bâtiment latéral et frontal avec un total de 4 portes pour être en mesure d’accéder aux propriétés. La porte à l’extrême gauche accède à l’escalier qui mène à la partie supérieure de la maison, bien qu’il y ait deux articles, la maison est contiguë et seulement séparée par des pièces . La première partie de la maison comprend un hall d’entrée, à gauche il y a 2 pièces au rez-de-chaussée qui abritent actuellement un entrepôt et une pièce vide. L’escalier mène à un palier.
