The apartment consists of: Entrance hall; Common room equipped with a double bed, 2 sofa beds (for 1 person each), TV (4 Portuguese channels), air conditioning, dining table with 4 chairs; Balcony equipped with a plastic table and 4 chairs; Kitchen equipped with Washing-machine, fridge with freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, Dolce gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, Toaster and Electric blender; Bathroom equipped with shower and hair dryer.

The rental price includes: water, electricity, the use of bed linen and towels; Cleaning at the entrance and once a week if the stay is for 2 weeks or more and at the exit; Entrance to the pools and parking lots.
