Comfortable and very bright accommodation, located on the beachfront, with sea and mountain views.
Located in a quiet area and in a residential complex.
It has garden, balcony furniture, fenced plot, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
The kitchenette, mixed: gas and electric, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle.

Pricing and Payments
For reservations, it will always be necessary to confirm availability;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit €250.00 in cash;
The refund of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even be requested for a higher amount if there is: damage / dirt or extreme untidiness / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 pm to 10:00 pm - €30.00;
10:00 pm to 12:00 am - €40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - € 50.00.
Check-out time from 9:00 am to 11:00 am;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of withdrawal
