Land for buy in Soure

’Quinta da Casa Velha do Cordeiro’ is located very close to the A1 exit junction, in the center of the country, near Soure, in the district of Coimbra.

The property comprises an area of 6.7 hectares of agricultural land, where there used to be an intensive Kiwi plantation. The land is flat, has a water tank for irrigation, electricity and some pre-existing buildings (house and outbuildings), such as a dwelling house in need of restoration work.

There is also a small plot of woodland at one end of the land.

According to the Soure PDM, it is largely included in the RAN area.
