The apartment called ’Port’ is on the first floor of a building serviced by a lift. Modest décor and have everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation with the comfort and convenience you want. Upon entering the apartment faces a hall which gives you access to the other room in the House. The room, filled with natural light is the most frequented room in the House and no wonder because it enjoys a breathtaking view; consists of two armchairs, a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a table with four chairs, a mobile with a Tv with channels, to the back of the room is the balcony, which gives you the feeling you’re literally on top of the sea, here is the ideal place to SIP your wine or simply soaking up the Sun.

The House has two bedrooms, one with double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe, the second room consists of two single beds, a nightstand, a dresser and a built-in wardrobe.
As for the food: there’s a table with four chairs and is organized with all equipment and utensils so you can prepare your meals with convenience, since microwave, hob, fridge, washing machine, Toaster, blender and basic utensils such as cups, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen cloths, and suchlike.

The Port offers a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

Note: The apartment has a garage in the basement (-1), but as the building is from the 80s and due to the high use of the garage in the summer months we do not guarantee that you can park, as the difficulties in carrying out the necessary maneuvers can Constitute a condition in the access to the place reserved for the apartment.
