Ruin with approved project in the Gateiras area of Tunes, Silves

Mixed land already with an approved project for a villa with swimming pool, garden and garage located in an area of the interior of the Algarve.

The project aims to provide a permanent or holiday residence for a small family, with all the comfort that the art of modern architecture offers today.

The house itself recovers and enlarges the existing ruin by leaving a part of it, such as a patio or outdoor area of the new kitchen that seems to enter or fit, leaving this area protected only by the walls of the old house without the roof.

In this way the rest of the villa develops to the east with the bright common room, followed by a hallway that gives access to the three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. An unusual detail is that the showers in two of the bedrooms give the feeling of being outside.

Its main characteristic is the typical nature of the fields in this area with the land delimited by local stone ditches and native trees, such as olive, carob, almond and others.
