This charming three-storey villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few metres from the beaches and the centre of Ericeira!
On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with dining area and balcony, toilet and equipped kitchen, ready to receive your cooking, with a pleasant living area with access to the terrace with barbecue, swimming pool and a support room with dining table.
On the ground floor we have the comfortable double suite with toilet (shower). One bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. Toilet with corner bathtub.
Floor -1 large garage with table, games and toilet.
The outside is furnished so you can have your meals by the pool enjoying the sun and the countryside view.

Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit €300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - €30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - €40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - € 50,00.
Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of withdrawal
