Although the apartment is located in a quiet area away from the noise of the city center, it is close to various amenities such as restaurants, bars, mini market, etc.

The apartment consists of: Entrance hall; Lounge dinning area equipped with 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (4 Portuguese channels), DVD, Wifi, dining table with 4 chairs and opens on to a terrace equipped with a table and 6 chairs.
