The project involves alterations and extensions, with changes to the interior compartmentalization and resizing, the load-bearing structure and the façades. The extension of the existing building by two more floors at the front (a total of 4 floors) and the façade at the back with a total of 5 floors. Lastly, changes have been made to the exterior.
